The Flamingo Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and we will process your returns as quickly as possible by responding to your request within one business day.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please e-mail us at customerservice@the-flamingo-shop.com. All emails should reference your original order number and the word "Return" should be in the subject line of the email. If you do not know your order number, please provide as many details as possible regarding your order, including; your name, order date, items(s) and mailing address.

  • Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email within five days.
  • Shipping costs to send any non-damaged item back to The Flamingo Shop is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If an item was delivered as ordered and undamaged, but returned for refund, the amount of the refund will be equal to the cost of the item. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If the item was delivered as part of a free shipping delivery, the refund will be equal to the cost of the item, minus standard shipping cost.
  • Costumes must be in unopened original package and returned within 7 days.
  • Electronic merchandise may be returned within 7 days.
  • Segway products must be returned to manufacturer for any defects. All sales final.
  • Special return policy on some items such as holiday, one-of-kind, and electronic products. See individual product.
